Below is my terms of service.

Age Requirement

By being on this website, you agree that you are at least 18 years of age. By commissioning me for art, you agree that you are at least 18 years of age. No art will be created knowingly to individuals under 18 years of age.

No Promises

I do art by a "By Inspiration" policy. That means: No promises. I cannot stress enough how much this policy is important to me as an artist. I only do art to promote my well being; and because of this, I will not promise work will be completed at any deadlines or dates, nor will I promise that any work will ever be complete. This means you never pay money up front. If I choose to do an art piece, I will show you line art prior to its completion. If you approve of my line art, I will continue until I make a finished piece. I will attempt to show relevant updates as I make progress. If you are satisfied with the final piece, I request that you pay me to remove the watermark from the final piece, in which case the piece of art is yours (see legal rights below).

Take Down and Tagging Requests

If you would like my art to be removed from any of my social media platforms, please send me the link with the artwork, and I will remove it. Note that I am not responsible for anyone else sharing my artwork, such as in the case of image boards like e621. If you would like your artwork to not be posted to any of my social media, please tell me before your purchase so that I may keep the art private for you. If you would like me to tag you on Fur Affinity or any other social media, please let me know where to tag you. If your character has been used inapproprately in a commission, please get a hold of me immediately, since art consent is an extremely important issue to me.

Legal Rights

By requesting me to do art, you give me permission to use your characters for the artwork. All character rights are retained by their owner. Once the art piece has been purchased, you may alter, edit, print, or create derivative work as you see fit as long as you credit the artist and never claim the art as your own or anothers. Characters that are transfered, such as in the case of adopts will have their own documentation and legal rights attached to them. You do not have the right to alter, edit, print, or create derivative work for unpurchased art. All lineart and unfinished updates are treated as unpurchased art.

Unsatified Work

If I fail to meet your expectations, you have the right to refuse payment; please let me know if there are any issues with the piece of art so that I might fix or finish them. Once you purchase a piece of art, you agree that the piece is complete. If you are unsatisfied with the work and refuse to pay for the art, I will not remove the watermark and give you the art regardless of its state.

IMPORTANT NOTE: You may not file a chargeback against me after you have purchased artwork. Remember, that purchasing the artwork to have its watermark removed means that you agree that the art itself is complete and to your standards.
